Lance – Sunrise Homes

Lance Snyder, our current 2022 BCASWI President is a third-generation builder, his grandpa started Ray Homes in Arizona in 1958 and his dad took it over in the 1980s. He grew up going to construction sites with his dad and learning about all the trades. Lance started Sunrise Homes in 2005 after relocating here to be near his wife’s family. He has a reputation for building excellent quality homes and believes that quality does not have to mean extraordinary costs… it means commitment, competence, and integrity.

Cody Weight – Solitude Homes

Our Current BCASEI 1^st Vice President Cody grew up on a construction site. At a young age, he was introduced to building plans which became the stepping-stone in developing him into a true Idaho custom home builder. Cody graduated with honors and is no stranger to leadership, he was a team Captain for the Utah Utes football team, special teams MVP and received the coveted “Big Play Leader” award as a corner back. He has a passion for service and teaching, and he inspires youth to work hard, be patient and dream big.

Heather Hearing – Innovative Custom Homes

Heather is one of the few 100% woman owned designer/builder/general contractors in the Treasure Valley and our Former 2020 BCASWI President. She has an extensive custom-building background as well as remodeling and flipping. Heather has a passion for the industry and specializes in Innovative products such as (ICF) insulated concrete forms.

Joe Atala Berkeley – Building Company

Our 2016 Past BCASWI President, Joe Atalla, comes from a leading residential designer and developer background. He launched Berkeley Building Co. in 2008. He is known for quality, team culture, integrity, and customer satisfaction along with his commitment to charitable giving and has been a longtime supporter of St. Jude Research Hospital through building the St. Jude Dream Home for over a decade.
