To help members articulate key housing priorities, NAHB’s Monthly Update provides the latest messaging framework for the Federation. Some highlights for this month include issue updates and talking points related to:

• The expected drop of Canadian lumber duties this summer, and

• An overview of current economic conditions for the housing industry from NAHB Chief Economist Dr. Robert Dietz.

The monthly update is accessible to members, executive officers and HBA staff who are logged on to nahb.org. In addition to the talking points, members can access the Senior Officers’ HBA travel schedule for the next six months.
