Pro Builder will be honoring leaders, innovators, disrupters, and those who have dedicated their careers to making the home building industry better through its 2025 Young Guns and Legends Awards.

The awards build on Pro Builder’s previous 40 Under 40 program to recognize both rising stars and career legends of all ages. Nominees must work in the new-home sector of the housing industry and can nominate themselves for an award. Previous nominees for the 40 Under 40 awards who were not selected are eligible to resubmit.

Winners will be featured in Pro Builder’s November/December 2025 issue.
